As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Al serves as the strategic coordinator of your advisory team, helping ensure every decision supports the same objective: increasing the value of your business while creating greater flexibility for your future. Rather than replacing your existing advisors, he helps them work together through a unified strategy aligned with your personal and business goals.

With more than 20 years of experience serving business owners and their families, Al brings a disciplined, collaborative approach to business value planning. He works alongside clients to identify opportunities, align advisors, and keep the strategy moving forward so important decisions don't get delayed or overlooked.

Al attended Stonehill College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He lives in Bedford, New Hampshire, with his three sons, Anthony, Michael, and Rocco.
